Very Tacky - In the best way possible!Jul 03, 2011
By Tennisplaya Used this grip and did not know what to expect but to my suprise, not only is this grip very tacky but it retains it's super grip for a very long time. I've been using it for 2.5 months now and it still providing great traction and little sign of wear (I play 3 hours a week).
Quality product made from a quality company that knows tennis products. As of now, Head has made products for the no. 1 player in the world, Novak Djokovic (as of July 4, 2011) so that must mean something.
Didn't use for tennis...Mar 12, 2012
By james I bought this tape to pad the U bends on my pull up bar and it works perfectly, in fact, better than the foam padding that comes with pull up bars. with the extra tape i wrapped it on a few of my heavier dumbbells so i could hold them better when working. i'm sure it's great for tennis gear and all but, for anyone wanting to make life in pull up land or your home gym a little easier, its a perfect solution and cheap.
Not that good for intense tennis playerFeb 07, 2012
By Bucky2012 You get what you paid for. There is always reason for cheap. I prefer the Wilson ones. Head racket is good though.
OvergripJan 28, 2012
By quin-quin boy wonder Grip is nice, really tacky or I don't know how to spell it but you get a good grip with it. last a long time too; mine haven't tore or anything like that( happened with on of my wilson overgrips)
My overgrip of choiceAug 23, 2011
By b5784 This grip meets all the essential requirements for an overgrip. It is long-lasting, does not slip on the racket at any time regardless of amount of pressure or type of pressure put on it, and is long enough for most, if not all, rackets.
The rest is just preference in my opinion. It is tacky in the sense that it prevents my hand from slipping, but is not sticky. I cannot stand the feel of the more 'sticky' grips, so this fits my preference. It allows for quick changes in grip. It is of medium relative thickness (I use the traditional leather grip underneath, so that's again what I am looking for). Also of note, it does not overly dampen the feel of the racket and your shots.
